1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in via Discord or Google OAuth, we receive your Discord/Google user ID, username, email address, and avatar. We do not receive your password.

1.2 Generated Content

Templates, emojis, and bot code you generate using our AI tools are stored temporarily for processing. Templates you choose to publish are stored publicly.

1.3 Usage Data

We collect page views, feature usage counts, and anonymous analytics to improve our service. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the DiscordCraft service
  • To authenticate your account and manage your sessions
  • To process AI generation requests (templates, emojis, bot code)
  • To display your published templates/emojis in our marketplace
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Paddle)
  • To send service-related notifications

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Discord API — for authentication and bot deployment
  • Google OAuth — for authentication
  • Alibaba Cloud DashScope — for AI image generation
  • Paddle — for payment processing
  • Anthropic / OpenAI — for AI text generation

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (NextAuth session tokens) and CSRF protection. We also use anonymous analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Delete your account and all associated data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete all your personal data within 30 days. Published templates and emojis may remain available if they have been downloaded by other users.

8. Children's Privacy

DiscordCraft is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Discord itself requires users to be at least 13 years old.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of DiscordCraft after changes constitutes acceptance.
