Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DiscordCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DiscordCraft provides AI-powered tools for Discord community builders, including template generation, emoji creation, bot code generation, and related features. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in via Discord or Google to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Generate content that is hateful, harassing, or promotes violence
  • Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment requirements, or access controls
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Resell or redistribute generated content without proper license
  • Use generated content to impersonate or deceive others

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (templates, emojis, bot code) is provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated output before use. We do not claim ownership of content you generate; you retain rights to your prompts and the resulting output to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Paddle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The DiscordCraft platform, website design, logo, and original code are owned by DiscordCraft. User-generated content belongs to the user who created it. By publishing content on our marketplace, you grant DiscordCraft a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it.

Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. DiscordCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

DiscordCraft is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; they may not apply to you.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DiscordCraft operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
