Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Within 7 days of purchase — full refund if you haven't used premium features more than 10 times.
  • After 7 days — refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Contact support with your reason.
  • Annual plans — eligible for prorated refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate charges — full refund, always.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time template/emoji purchases (digital goods, instant delivery)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Subscription renewals older than 7 days

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@discordcraft.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
